Return Eligibility

1. Contact Us First: Before returning any item, please reach out to us AFTER reading this page, with the form provided below We want to ensure that we address your concerns promptly and guide you through the return process.
2. Size and Design Issues: Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange items due to incorrect size or design choices made by the customer. We recommend double-checking your order details before finalizing your purchase.
3. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a refund. To expedite the process, provide clear photos showing the issue.

Return Process

Printify and Printful Policies

We adhere to the return policies set out by both Printify and Printful. Here are some key points:

• Printify: As per Printify’s policy, we accept returns within 30 days from the moment the package status is updated to “Delivered.” Only photos are required; the products don’t need to be returned.
• Printful: Printful accepts returns within 30 days for misprinted, damaged, or defective items. However, they do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size choices.

Digital Downloads

Anything marked or clearly stated it is a “Digital Download[s]” do not include physical prints or frames. You are responsible for printing the artwork using a high-quality printer or a professional printing service to ensure the best results.
