Return Policy

Our policy generally does not permit returns or exchanges for products ordered. Given that all products are customized on demand, we only provide refunds or replacements in specific circumstances where an issue arises with your order due to errors made by our fulfillment partner (Printful).

Should you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect as a result of an error on our part (Printful’s end), it is required that you report the issue to us (Bremen Lang) within 30 days of the delivery date or the estimated delivery date. Reports submitted after this 30-day period will not be processed.

Printful Order Issues: Reporting and Documentation Standards

1. Reporting Timeframe

All problem reports pertaining to your order must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date or the estimated delivery date. Reports submitted beyond this timeframe will not be processed.

2. Documentation and Photographic Evidence

To expedite issue resolution, it is essential to provide clear and precise photographs along with your initial report to avoid delays and additional follow-up requests.

Print Quality Issues

A well-lit photograph of the affected area, ensuring that print details are clearly visible.

Damaged Products or Product Defects (e.g., holes, stains, broken mugs)

A photograph displaying the damaged or defective part, alongside at least a portion of the product’s design to assist in identifying the item.

Incorrect Product Received

A photograph of the product with the packing slip visible in the same image.

Print Placement Issues

The product should be positioned flat, with a photograph taken that shows the entire product clearly, effectively illustrating the print placement. Including a measuring tool (such as a ruler or measuring tape) in the photograph can help indicate the print placement in relation to the product’s dimensions.

Size Discrepancies (Wrong Tag)

Include photographs of the product with a measuring tool, adhering to the measurement guidelines detailed in the product page’s Size Guide section.

Orders with Multiple Identical Products in Different Sizes

The photograph must clearly show the size tags alongside the affected products.

3. Missing Orders

A problem report may be submitted for an order that has not been received if more than five business days have elapsed following the order’s estimated delivery date.

Conditions for Returns:

For goods to be eligible for return, please ensure the following:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

  • The goods must be in their original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Goods that, by their nature, are not suitable for return, for example, items with a quick deterioration rate or items whose expiration date has passed.

  • Goods that are deemed unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • Goods which, post-delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on any merchandise that does not align with the aforementioned return conditions at our sole discretion.

You will be responsible for the cost and risk associated with returning goods to us, and ONLY after contacting us (BremenLang.com) should you send the goods to the following address:

Disclaimer: This address is intended solely for product returns. We cannot accept other types of mail (such as letters or notices), which will be returned to the sender.

We cannot accept responsibility for goods that may be damaged or lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend utilizing an insured and trackable mailing service. Without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery, we are unable to issue a refund.
