Before anything else, please follow these care instructions to ensure your custom-printed garment maintains its quality:
- Keep Out of Direct Sunlight: Avoid leaving your garment in direct sunlight before the first wash to prevent any pre-treatment residue from darkening or altering the fabric.
- Wash in Cold Water: Always wash your garment in cold water to protect the print and overall fabric quality.
- Tumble Dry: For best results, use a tumble dryer. These simple steps help prolong the life of your purchase.
Our Production Process
At BremenLang.com, we proudly offer custom-made products using Printify—a print-on-demand company. Every item is produced uniquely after you place your order. Because of this process, returns or exchanges due to a change of mind (such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind) are not supported.
What Is Eligible for a Return or Refund?
We will gladly address any issues related to manufacturing errors or damage. If your product exhibits any of the following, it may be eligible for a reprint or refund:
- Damaged or Defective Products: Items with manufacturing errors, poor print quality, or misalignment issues (note: there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement with DTG products) qualify for a free reprint or refund.
- Multiple-Item Issues: If several products featuring the same design are affected, please provide an additional photo or video showing all of the items together. This helps us confirm the issue quickly.
What Is Not Eligible for a Return or Refund?
- Ordered products that do not meet your expectations in terms of size, color, or design due to a change of mind.
- Minor variations that fall within our acceptable printing tolerances (for example, minor misalignments that do not exceed a 0.5″ difference in print placement for DTG items).
How to Report an Issue
If you experience a defect or damage with your product, please follow these steps:
- Timeframe: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your product.
- Submission Process: Use our “Submit Issue” form available on our website.
- Photo/Video Evidence: Upload a clear photo of the defect or damage.
- For issues affecting multiple products with the same design, attach an additional photo or video capturing all affected items in a single frame.
There is no need to return the damaged product—our team will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Refund & Reprint Process
- Refunds: If a refund is warranted, it will be issued as a credit to your Printify account balance. You can withdraw this credit to transfer it back to your original payment method. If your billing currency is not USD, the refund will be processed directly to your original payment source.
- Reprints: For eligible manufacturing errors, we will provide a free reprint of the item.
- Unsuccessful Delivery: In the event of delivery issues, you’ll have the option to order a reprint (subject to an extra charge) or receive a partial refund.
